Nicely appointed hotel with marvellous location on tree lined avenue and very efficient staff at the reception desk. Rich breakfast with a great selection of local foods. Location close to a pleasant promenade at the river side, El Cortes Inglesa department store and Valladolid for a concert or a cultural event. Plus, close to Puente Colgante Bridge. Private parking in front of the venue provided. The efficient check-in. Honestly no complaints...

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location was great, being situated on a main avenue with ample sidewalks that were nice to take a stroll on during the evening. The price was affordable and offered good value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing a good check-in desk service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large bed and WiFi connection. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient perk.
I found everything to be ok during my stay.

my wife and I found it to be one of the best breakfasts we've ever had out there. For us it is the most important food and we are quite demanding in this respect. From the natural orange juice (in many places they are artificial) to the melon, excellent quality of the ham (normally in a 4 stars we find the normal one), without forgetting the "hot salted" (fried eggs, scrambled, bacon, sausages) everything has seemed to us of very good quality, without a doubt, "star" aspect of the breakfast has been the pastry, all homemade: we tried a yogurt with senseless toppings, as well as a dessert of cream and grated coconut, quite good, without forgetting the chocolate sponge cake, French toast and cheese cake, all homemade. There was also rice pudding and custard but you can't try everything. In front of it there were gluten-free pastries for coeliacs. All in all, pleasant surprise.
To put it mildly, the room where the breakfast food is kept is a bit cramped when seven or eight people are in the same room. The bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower, which, in my opinion, is a bit anachronistic.

Locaton is about a 20 plus minute walk to historic city center. The hotel is a traditional design with somwhat dated furnishing and old tube tv set. There are a no. of restaurants in the neighborhood.
The air-con was not turned on but the window could be opened to get some fresh air. There are no English channel on tv.
